Job Responsibilities:
  • Balance currency and coin, and in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
  • Keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in a financial institution's various transactions.
  • Ensure adhere to compliance with company’s ,external partners ’s and BNM policies, procedures and SOP.
  • Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.
  • Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
  • Enter customers' transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
  • Propose order or supply of cash to meet daily needs.
  • Inform customers about foreign currency regulations, and compute transaction fees for currency exchanges.
  • Reporting, cash reconciliation, compliance etc.
  • Daily send EOD reports and monthly reports.
  • FLA required to run cash counting at start of day and end of day.
  • Assisting money services team.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum a SPM certificate /STPM/Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Able to work on Public holiday, weekends & overtime when required.
  • Able to work on 2 shifts : -
    • 10am - 7pm
    • 1pm - 10pm
