Responsible for baking fresh loaves of bread, setting out the pastries and preparing fresh bread, pastries,
and other bakery products for the following day. Able to attend training in Japan for 6 months.
- Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
- Ordering more supplies.
- Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
- Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for delivery.
- Must at least possess SPM.
- At least one (1) year experience in baking.
- Ability to read and follow recipes.
- Baking skills.
- Good organizational skill.
- Must be adhere to safety and health regulations.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity in crafting new pastries.
- Specialize in mixing, shaping, baking, finishing and packing.
